Weaving 1000 Scarves Kit

Everything you need to create a piece of weaving made from upcycled scarf fabric. Each kit includes: a pre-threaded weaving card, fabric strips, bodkin needle, instruction sheet and feedback postcard.

Once complete, return your weaving to SOHTIS and it will become part of a series of collaborative artworks that will be exhibited in a variety of spaces across Scotland.

The artworks are a creative reminder to look out for those affected by human trafficking and modern slavery - often hidden in plain sight. Each individual piece of weaving contributes to raising awareness of and funds for SOHTIS' work. They also demonstrate solidarity with those impacted by exploitation and send a clear message that everyone deserves to live in freedom with dignity and respect.
